Social responsibility

I. Quality Policy:

Customers’ satisfaction is our first priority and we constantly improve our products and service to achieve it. IDC group has implemented ISO 9001:2000 model for quality assurance in IT design/consultation, production, installation and service. Furthermore, new management methods have been promoted for quality control, maximizing manpower and efficiency.

Annual plan of client service includes promotion campaigns, client surveys, free maintenance and perfect warrant service. The group also focuses on the usage instruction for client wherever launching new products. It helps end users to enjoy the facility efficiency.

IDC is the only group in Viet Nam who regularly gives technical and financial support to the dealer. Therefore, customers can entirely trust in our promotional program, campaign and quality of our products.

We are also looking for more oversea partners to diversify our sources of product and to create more choice for our client.

II. Social activities:

IDC often arranges & sponsors ‘For the poor people’, ‘wounded soldier’, ‘overseas student’, ‘the victim of the flood’ funds…

‘Tet for poor people’; present for poor people in Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.
